Instructional Leadership through a Coaching Approach

Day 1 & 2 - 4 & 5 October 2010
Day 3 - 22 October 2010

A three day spaced program ideally suited for people with some
experience with leadership coaching and / or who are high performing school leaders.

Outcomes:
- Extension of coaching skills for leaders already trained as leadership coaches - preferably through CAP or at the least, via the Introduction to Leadership Coaching Program.

- Understand own leadership style and impact on others through participation in DiSC assessment tool.
