Exhibitors will be given limited details from the delegates registration to follow-up on leads that delegates have generated, as well as to provide specials on offer to WAPPA conference delegates. All exhibitors have a signed disclaimer advising that they are not to use these details for any other purpose or for general distribution. If you do not give permission for these details to be provided to the WAPPA Conference registered exhibitors, please untick the box.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations and Refunds:

We understand that plans and circumstances can change from time to time however due to the size of conference, numbers are confirmed 14 days prior to the event to the venue. As such the following cancellation fees may apply

• Registration fees, minus a $50 administration fee, will be returned for cancellations received more than 14 working days prior to the event.
• No monies will be refunded for cancellations received 14 working days or less of this event.
• A substitute (change of name) registration can be registered up to 7 working days prior to the event with a $50 name change administration fee.
  If a non-member of WAPPA is registered as substitute for a member's registration, then the difference in rates will be payable, in addition to the $50 name change fee.
• WAPPA reserves the right to cancel a registration if it conflicts with our partnership or membership obligations. Where a registration is cancelled, registrants will be notified by email and receive a full refund.
