Cancellations and Refunds:

We understand that plans and circumstances can change from time to time however due to the size of conference, numbers are confirmed 14 days prior to the event to the venue. As such the following cancellation fees may apply

Registration fees, minus a $50 administration fee, will be returned for cancellations received more than 14 working days prior to the event.
No monies will be refunded for cancellations received 14 working days or less of this event.
A substitute (change of name) registration can be registered up to 7 working days prior to the event with a $50 name change administration fee.
If a non-member of WAPPA is registered as substitute for a member's registration, then the difference in rates will be payable, in addition to the $50 name change fee.
