A module from the WAPPA Leadership Development Program

You will walk away with:

  • A personal “why” declaration that outlines your purpose for a career in educational leadership.
  • Construct a personal profile of you as a leader identifying your strengths and areas for growth against the AITSL Standards for Principals.
  • Create a roadmap with defined goals for expanding your spheres of influence within school communities.

Online - Self-paced interactive experiences via Canvas

  • A range of learning activities including online chat, Q&A forums, short videos, completing profiles (leadership style), reading and reflection.

Live Virtual Workshop – 45 minutes via Zoom

  • Participate in one or two virtual workshop/s allowing you to connect, collaborate and co-create with other educational leaders

WAPPA’s Professional Learning is designed to Develop, Inspire and Extend Great Educational Leaders. To achieve this purpose, all design is guided by five learning principles:

Cancellations and Refunds:

Registration fees, minus a $33 administration fee, will be returned for cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the event.
No monies will be refunded for cancellations received within 7 days or less of this event.
A substitute registration can be registered up to 7 days prior to the event at no additional cost if completed on-line.
If the WAPPA Business Centre is required to modify a registration, or the modification takes place less than 7 days prior to the event, a $33 charge will be levied.
If a non-member of WAPPA is registered as substitute for a member's registration, then the difference in rates will be payable, in addition to the $33 substitution fee.
